🔹 What if I told you the true reason for pain is typically not how it’s presents! Usually chronic pain or prolonged periods of subacute pain all have an original root point of how the pain even started in the first place.

🔹 Focusing on just the site of pain will only bring on short-term relief and most likely when returning back to a desired activity, pain will most likely arise again, which ultimately leaves you in frustration 😓

🔎 When we step back and take a look at the bigger picture we find the problem stemming from a variety of things, such as biomechanical faults, strength/range of motion deficts and/or restricted mobility up and down the kinetic chain ⛓️

✅ This is way its important assess NOT guess!

🔹 Complaints of stiffness is one of the top things we hear on the daily! When speaking of longevity in training and movement you must incorporate other aspects of what true movement entails! 💭

🔹 You can’t have everything without adding in some work with your daily routine. Your body is meant to move in all planes of movement and within many degrees of freedom, however we often see training done in one plane, little variation in movement, and absolutely no warm up/mobility, but want to perform like elite athletes and remain injury free? 🤔

🔹 This is your reminder to not skip your warm up and active recovery days!! Put in the work and discipline to these “extras”.
