π Department Spotlight: Customer Service π
This week, weβre celebrating National Customer Service Week by shining a light on the incredible PNS Customer Service Team, the voices behind every call, the problem-solvers behind every resolution, and the heartbeat of our provider and member support. π
βIβve had the privilege of being part of the Customer Service Department at PNS for the past 23 years. Just recently, I stepped into a new role as Manager of the department, a milestone that means so much to me. Reflecting on my time here, itβs not just about the years, itβs about the people, the growth, and the sense of belonging. PNS has always felt like more than just a workplace. Itβs truly a family. Over the years, theyβve shown time and again that they stand behind us. Whether itβs been during challenging times or moments that called for support, Iβve always felt that PNS had my back. Iβve also had the opportunity to form friendships that go far beyond the walls of the office. These relationships have been built on mutual respect, shared goals, and genuine care.
