Qualifications:

✅ Must hold a current Florida Paramedic license, a valid Florida Driver’s License, and have at least one year of experience delivering patient care or public assistance.

Duties:

✅ The incumbent in this position will be responsible for providing medical care and safe transportation of Basic Life Support (BLS) patients to clinics, hospitals, or other medical facilities.

✅ Duties include monitoring patient condition during transport, completing patient care reports, and communicating with medical facilities for care transfer.

✅ In addition, the incumbent in this position will be tasked with responding to land-based emergencies, assisting patrons as needed, and treating anyone in need while following the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue medical protocols and procedures that are established.
