It is a substitute for corn and wheat, as it’s is gluten free, and satisfies healthy eaters and consumers with food restrictions such as vegans, celiac, diabetics, and protein-driven fitness people. The size of the market is approximately 29% of the U.S. population and it is continuously growing, which makes an attractive market and gives us a business strength. We plan to start small and test product to drive profitability. Our competitive advantage is to be the company with the largest quinoa portfolio of products promote with great-tasting recipes. We have many competitors specially in grains, and few competitors in beverage, bars and cookies Our objective is to establish quinoa products in the marketplace while achieving maximum sales the first year. One of our goals is to distribute to 500 retail and foodservice establishments, to obtain a maximum sales $150.000 in six months and to reach in $1.500.000 the first year with a base of 258 clients in our portfolio.
