Yesterday was not easy because we had a power outage and I had no food prepped so I had to get creative
But I held true to the program and it served me well!
Waking with 1.4lbs drop!

This is the first time in my life I’ve ever had a healthy BMI

Maintenance just feels like my new normal
I love how this program changed your mind about eating and hunger!
The energy, hormone balance and overall cleansing aspect of this program makes it above all!

Not only did I lose my desired weight but I just feel so confident and proud of myself 🥳

I would be lying if I didn’t say it is not easy- self control especially!
But I can’t wait to eat some dates with nut butter 😩😝🤣

Not the prettiest picture but the most delicious take on Chinese eggplant!

Steam kale and Napa cabbage in 1/4 cup vegetable broth
Add 1/2 cup kimchi and coconut aminos about 2-3 tbsp
Let that steam up and get soft
Then add sliced Chinese eggplant (about 2)
Slice and salt and then add to the mixture with a bunch of green onions
Cook it up and enjoy with sunny side up eggs
I had 3 eggs because I am in maintenance woohoo

Yesterday was Valentine’s Day and it is all focused on eating out, chocolate and wine!
This year we made it count differently- and I was so relieved to see a shift today in my weight cause it was hard to avoid all the temptation!
