For the last 4 years, I've been on an intensive journey in the study of Polarity Therapy. Polarity is a holistic healing modality that I have been receiving as a client myself, for more than 15 years! In 2017, lots of things started to unravel for me — with the discovery of late-diagnosis Lyme Disease and other tick-borne illnesses. Then there was the pandemic, losing my dance studio, dance-related injuries, etc! It was during those difficult years that I decided to train to become a Polarity Practitioner. My dear Aunt Annette, who passed away on Sept 3, 2019, played a big role in this decision. Today is her 5-year anniversary.

I am thrilled and grateful to be healthy and continuing to share my love of dance — through teaching, performance, and other projects! In addition, I am now a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner, offering Polarity Therapy sessions in both Dorechester, Mass. and Kennebunk, Maine!

This video features me and some of my classmates from the Polarity Therapy Institute. It gives a good overview of what this profound form of energy medicine is all about.
