Looks like we are in for some rain this week! Don't let it get you down- rainy days are great for slowing down, taking it easy, and refreshing! Whether it's refreshing your space or your practice, take this time to slow it down a bit. Pause. Breathe. Let it rain.

Some things we like to do on rainy days:
1) Yoga (duh!)
2) Reflect in a gratitude journal
3) Make a nourishing, refreshing soup
4) Put on comfy clothes and read a book under a couch blankie
5) Take a hot epsom salt bath

(We will still be holding the 12:30 pm sculpt, 2 pm community sculpt, and 5 pm hot level 2/3 slow power flow classes.) .

NEXT MONTH!!

We are hosting this incredibly special workshop with David Vendetti!

Listen to Your Heart: This workshop will leave you with a new level of connection and understanding to your unfolding and evolving relationship with heart opening, both on and off the mat.

We will focus on creating space in the lumbar spine, strengthening the core, releasing our hip flexors, and opening up the range of motion in the shoulder girdle. We will leave with the ability to stand taller and breathe infinitely deeper!

ICYMI!

THIS MONTH, your community class contributions will go to Young-Onset Colore**al Cancer research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute!

The Young-Onset Colore**al Cancer Center is among the first in the country dedicated solely to colon and re**al cancer in young adults diagnosed before age 50. Each patient treated here is seen by a team that includes a medical oncologist, surgeon, and radiologist with specific expertise in colore**al cancer. Every patient who is treated at Dana-Farber and diagnosed with colon or re**al cancer before the age of 50 is automatically part of the Young-Onset Colore**al Cancer Center and can benefit from the personalized services provided.

Please join us on Sundays at 2pm (hot sculpt), Thursday- noon (hot power), Friday-7:20 pm (hot sculpt), or Saturday-5 pm (hot power), for our community classes, where your drop in will directly affect this org! .

THIS SATURDAY! Join us for a special vinyasa and sound bath event with Courtney Bell!

Courtney will lead you through a vinyasa and sound bath practice to close out the summer and welcome the fall. This will be a 75 minute session, where you will move through a flow, followed by a restorative sound bath. We will deepen our breath as we shift away from the warmth of the summer and into the coolness of fall.
