ICYMI!

This month, all of your donations from our community classes will directly benefit The Pine Street Inn, a local organization which helps people experiencing homelessness!

Pine Street Inn partners with homeless individuals to help them move from the streets and shelter to a home, and assists formerly homeless individuals in retaining housing. They provide street outreach, emergency shelter, supportive housing, job training, and connections to employment, while tirelessly advocating for collaborative solutions to end homelessness.

Please join us on Sundays at 2pm (hot sculpt), Thursday- noon (hot power), Friday-7:20 pm (hot sculpt), or Saturday-5 pm (hot power), for our community classes, where your drop in will directly affect this org! .

Special Event with Courtney, Amy, and Carolyn!!

This Yin class will be a call to pause in December.
Settle into deep stillness with this extended Yin practice designed to unwind layers of tension in the body and mind. You’ll move through long-held, floor-based postures to gently open the connective tissues and calm the nervous system. The class will be accompanied by a soothing sound bath—inviting deep rest, balance, and renewal. Aromatherapy and all props will be provided.

THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by and donated!!! Everything we gathered together is going to make a huge difference to those in need. Community, seva (acts of service- from the Bhagavad Gita), and uniting/looking out for one another are all parts of the foundation of yoga, and we couldn't be more proud to embrace these foundational yogic concepts with you, our yoga fam! .

TODAY is the last day to sign up for this incredible workshop this weekend at the Early Bird Rate ($40 versus $45)!!

Listen to Your Heart: This workshop will leave you with a new level of connection and understanding to your unfolding and evolving relationship with heart opening, both on and off the mat.

We will focus on creating space in the lumbar spine, strengthening the core, releasing our hip flexors, and opening up the range of motion in the shoulder girdle. We will leave with the ability to stand taller and breathe infinitely deeper!
