2023 SPRING INTO ACTION CHALLENGE

GUIDELINES:

When:
April 1 - June 30

Investment:
$50 per Month - $150 total on the line: (preferable upfront for additional accountability). If paid upfront you will have 3 months to get in your 90 points instead of checking every 30 days, and starting over fresh!

Goals:
1. Get your money back.
2. Move your body more.
Minimum 30 Minutes per day.
3. Feel great!

How:
1. Each month has 30 available points.
2. You earn a point for each 30 minutes of movement (anything your believe can count with integrity)
3. To earn the 30 minutes, you must have at least 15 consecutive minutes.
4. You can earn more than one point per day, but not half points, so you only get a point when your movement equals 30 minutes.
5. This adds a layer of flexibility, you do not have to move your body everyday to be successful.
6. Accountability group text for keeping track and honest reporting of movement.

Zoom Check in on April 1, May 1, June 1, June 30.

If you get at least 30 points you get your full $50 back. If not, your $20 plus $1 for each less than 30 you missed goes into a group pot. Those who achieved the 30points will split the pot. Payouts will happen on check in days.

Must commit to all 3 months and submit at least one month entry fee/pot within the first 3 days.

I am very proud of my NO GAIN CHALLENGE participants!

We had final weigh-ins today, and everyone got their money back! That means they didn’t gain during the holidays - the registration fee was just an extra incentive!

We meet every week for 8 weeks to talk about strategies to help them not gain, unlike the average American during this time of year!

I’ll be hosting another CHALLENGE around March to help motivate those getting ready for spring break and bathing suit weather!

In 8 weeks there was fat lost, inches lost, and accountability and knowledge gained!

Your future success is a quilt of your past experiences.

You've collected pieces of information, skills and strengths along the way.

Some of the best pieces came from experiments that didn't work.

It's tempting to fall into a pit of dispair when something doesn't work. The thing is, it did work. It gave you knowledge you didn't have before.

You need that knowledge.

Your success depends on having that knowledge.

Often times we shut the door on the past without harvesting that knowledge. We just want to escape feelings of disappointment quickly.

It's ok to give yourself a pause. Process the disappointment.

Then go back and do a Lessons Learned. Harvest the knowledge. Then bring all of it forward for your future.
