**Please note, this gym group will not be running throughout August, but will be back in September. You are of course welcome to continue to use the gym facilities, however, it will not be a peer led group.**

Fantastic game of badminton in Weymouth, at Redlands Leisure & Community Park this week.

Firstly, a drink in the café , followed by a competitive but very friendly game, with singles and doubles 🏸

If you fancy joining us for a game (any abilities welcome) we are here every Monday from 2.30-3pm for a coffee social and then 3pm-4pm for badminton.

We have a brand new social/walking group starting up in your area and we would love your input. This group focuses on connections with others, whilst getting in some gentle exercise (think mindful walking rather than hiking). We always build in a cafe stop too.

Where would you like to walk? Where would you like to stop for a drink on route? We would LOVE to hear your ideas!
