The class/retreat will focus on Reiki and how to use it in your daily life. Conversations will be centered on:

• Learning how to stop headaches, lessen pain, ease anxiety, depression, and grief, and send healing through distance Reiki.

• 50% Discount: Available to all previous students, Reiki share participants, caretakers, cancer patients, Zen Revolution Yoga Studio members, and all of Lauren’s present students and clients.
