‼️Announcement‼️

Our Haven Drive location in Dothan will remain closed tomorrow, April 1st. We will be contacting all patients who have appointments for testing at this location to reschedule you for a later date. If you are unsure of whether or not you should come in for your appointment tomorrow and have not been contacted by mid-morning tomorrow, please call us at 334.305.2800 to confirm.

Any patients scheduled to see Keith Tice, CRNP will still keep their appointments, and will instead be seen at our main office — 200 Medical Care Way, Dothan, AL 36303.

We are very grateful to all of the people working diligently to restore power and repair damage to our Haven office. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding in this matter.

Due to damage from the storm, our Haven Drive location in Dothan will be closed for the remainder of the day. We plan to reopen tomorrow pending restoration of our power. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will be reaching out to you if you have an appointment schedule at this location.

Our offices will be closed tomorrow, January 23rd, due to road conditions. When we return to the office on Friday, our staff will work diligently to reach out and reschedule any appointments that might be affected.
