As you get older, medicines, illness and allergies all could change your sense of smell and taste. These changes can affect your diet and health. If you find things need to taste better or different, try some olive oil, and herbs like rosemary and thyme, or garlic, peppers or mustard. Be sure that you don’t over-salt your food.
