Wesley Place on Honeysuckle is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Nursing (DON) to guide our skilled nursing team through a period of transformational growth. As DON, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a person-centered, home-like environment for our residents, where respect, dignity, and individualized care are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership and direction to our dedicated nursing staff.
• Champion a culture of person-directed care, enhancing residents' quality of life.
• Implement and manage transformative care initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold the highest standards in patient safety and care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, holistic care that reflects our faith-based mission.
Qualifications:
• BSN required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration a plus. Will consider a candidate with 10+ years of proven nursing leadership.
• Demonstrated success in leadership within a healthcare or eldercare setting.
• Deep commitment to person-directed care and innovation in elder care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams through change, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
