Lately, I’ve had several last-minute cancellations and no-shows. I completely understand that life happens, but these spots are often impossible to fill on short notice, and it impacts my small business.

Big News, Friends!

I’m officially a massage therapy instructor!
I’ll be teaching at The Wellness Academy of Dothan , and I couldn’t be more excited (or more proud) of this next chapter.

Massage has been such a powerful part of my journey—it's helped me heal, grow, and connect on a deeper level with myself and others. Now I get to pass that on and help new therapists find their own path in this field.
