Wudang Longmen Kung Fu and Internal Martial Arts is proud and excited to be instructing traditional and authentic Chinese Martial Arts in the Northern Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas area. Sifu Christopher Hart, a 19th Generation Disciple of Wudang Longmen (Dragongate) Pai under Master Liu Xiao Ling, is dedicated to helping students learn and achieve great success in many facets of Kung Fu. He works with students to truly understand their wants and desires inside and outside of Martial Arts; helping them achieve better health, strength, focus, flexibility, and confidence. Through steady and concentrated movement students will begin to understand the great potential within themselves and the magnificence and power that lies within Chinese Internal Martial Arts.
