Dr. Ryan Shingler competed medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. He is Board Certified in Medicine, received the TOUCH (Translating Osteopathic Understanding into Community Health) Silver Award for Community Service 2012, the American College of Family Physicians Leadership Award for 2011-2012, and the American College of Family Physicians Student Scholarship in 2011-2012. Shingler is a member of the American College of Family Physicians, and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.
