Dr. Jonathan Gwinn joins Hassan Dentistry as an enthusiastic dentist
ready to provide compassionate and comprehensive care for all of his
patients. Dr. Gwinn was born here in the great city of Dothan, where he
attended Houston Academy. He then received a Bachelor’s Degree in
Criminal Justice at The University of Alabama before heading out to the
east coast of South Carolina. While in Charleston, SC he obtained a
Doctorate in Dental Medicine from The Medical University of South
Carolina, James B. Edward’s College of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Gwinn actively researches new advancement and innovations within
oral health and strives to provide a blend of treatment derived from
modern and time-tested care. He is a member of the American Dental
Association, Alabama Dental Association, and Third District Dental
Society. He loves geography and travel, enjoying trips to Africa, Asia,
and Europe. He also appreciates history and reading about the subject
as well as mystery and fantasy. Dr. Gwinn is an Eagle Scout and can
still be found trekking through the woods on occasion. He is a devoted
family man, married to Ashley Gwinn and expecting a baby boy in
September. He loves to watch all kinds of sports, especially that of the
dominant Crimson Tide.
