This marks a significant milestone for the Wiregrass area, as we welcome the region's only specialist in Urogynecology.

Dr. Aggarwal brings extensive experience to our team, having served as Chief of Urology and leading a Comprehensive Pelvic Floor Center. His expertise in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, including complex pelvic reconstructive surgery, urinary and f***l incontinence, and NO-MESH pelvic floor reconstruction techniques, is unparalleled.

Here at Ladies First, we care about your health; that is why we provide a variety of services that will leave you feeling incredible. We are the only practice in Alabama/Wiregrass area that offers OB/GYN care with midwives.

Along with our midwives, our physicians and nurse practitioners have over 50 years of experience in women’s health. We also offer MedSpa services for all skincare needs. Our Medspa includes services such as Botox, skin tightening, body contouring, feminine rejuvenation, and other menopause treatments. We want to improve your overall health and wellbeing. Ladies First has two offices in the Wiregrass area located in Dothan and one in Enterprise. Please call Ladies First to make an appointment!
