In an effort to help control any transmission of COVID-19, we are asking that you please reschedule your appointment IF you have experienced any of the following symptoms: Initial flu-like symptoms, such as, coughing, breathing difficulties, fatigue, and/or myalgia OR if you have been exposed to COVID-19.

We also ask that you limit the number of people who attend your appointment to the patient plus only one other person and also that person with you follows the same guidelines noted above before entering the premisses.
