We’re thrilled to celebrate McKenzie Warren on becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)! McKenzie’s dedication and passion for helping others have been evident since she joined ABA Associates in September 2023, and we’re proud to see her continue to grow as she steps into her new role as Clinical Director at our Enterprise clinic.

A native of Pelham, AL, McKenzie moved to Dothan during high school and began her journey at Troy University in 2019. She graduated in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — a reflection of her commitment to the field.

When she’s not making an impact through her work, McKenzie loves spending time with her family at Lake Martin and Santa Rosa Beach, playing with her dog Koda, and enjoying relaxing nights with her husband Parker and their friends.

We’re so proud of McKenzie’s hard work, dedication, and the positive energy she brings to our team. Congratulations again, McKenzie — your future is bright! 🌟

Originally from Ozark, Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia Southern University and an Applied Behavior Analysis certificate from Troy University. His passion for the field is deeply personal — as a proud father of a child on the autism spectrum, Sean brings empathy, dedication, and heart to his work every day. 💙

Sean shares that his journey wouldn’t have been possible without the love and encouragement of his amazing wife and family — and we’d like to give a special shoutout to his wife, who is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! What an incredible team dedicated to helping others thrive. 💫

We’re thrilled to celebrate Savannah Grace on achieving her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification! 🌟

Originally from Luverne, Alabama, Savannah joined our team in June 2024 as a Registered Behavior Technician while she was still in college. Her passion for applied behavior analysis and her dedication to helping children and families has shone brightly from day one.

Savannah earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Troy University in December 2024, with a minor in elementary education and applied behavior analysis — and now she’s officially a BCaBA! 💙

Outside of work, Savannah enjoys cooking, visiting local coffee shops, spending time with family and friends, relaxing by the Alabama River, and watching movies with her husband, Aubrey.

Mallory is from Slocomb, Alabama, and a proud Troy University graduate, where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis. She will soon begin graduate school to further her degree and pursue her BCBA.

We are so excited to announce that Mallory is stepping into her new role as Clinical Director of our Geneva clinic! Her passion for helping others, commitment to growth, and leadership will make a tremendous impact on the families we serve.

Congratulations to our newest BCaBA!

Raised in Jack, Alabama, Alexis Messina graduated high school in 2010 and began a winding but rewarding academic journey—exploring a variety of majors before discovering a passion for Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in ABA from Troy University in 2018.

In February 2019, she began her professional career with ABA Associates, LLC., where she honed her skills and deepened her commitment to supporting individuals through behavioral intervention. In 2022, she embraced the life-changing role of becoming a mom to one adorable little boy.
By 2023, she transitioned into the school setting as a Behavioral Specialist, continuing her mission to positively impact lives through meaningful, compassionate work.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, expressing creativity through everything from coloring to tattooing. She has a love for local music scenes, road trips, and all things artsy. Known for her warm, quirky personality and genuine dedication, she truly values the relationships she's built in her field—from coworkers to leadership—and finds fulfillment in being a positive influence in the lives of others.
