Happy Nurses Week to the incredible women who keep ENVI running every single day. 💙

While not all of them technically carry the title of “nurse”, each of them cares for our patients with the compassion, dedication, teamwork, and heart of one. These four (missing our Practice Director, Shelby Clark, RN) incredible women do so much for our clinic and our patients, and we are beyond grateful for each of them.

Shelby, Aspen, Amber, and Hallie - thank you for the long days, the constant multitasking, the kindness you show our patients, and the care you pour into this practice every day. We appreciate you more than words can say.

We want to let our patients know that we are currently experiencing intermittent phone issues following the severe weather yesterday. A lightning strike at the hospital affected portions of our phone system, causing some calls to drop or experience poor audio quality.

Our team is actively working with service providers to have everything fully restored as quickly as possible.

If you are unable to reach us by phone, please continue trying or leave a voicemail if possible, and our staff will return your call as soon as we are able.

• The elevators are not consistently working properly at this time. If you need assistance getting to our office on the 7th floor, please contact our office directly (334-824-3098) and we will ensure you are able to get to your appointment safely.

• We are also currently experiencing some static on our phone lines. We have contacted our internet and phone provider, and they are actively working to resolve the issue.

Happy Doctor’s Day to Dr. Bentley!!

How special it feels that today, of all days, we were able to visit A.T. Still University—the place where his journey into medicine began. Spending Doctor’s Day there, and getting to bring our girls back to where it all started, made for such a meaningful, full-circle moment.

Moments like this remind us that it’s never just about the years of training or the path it took to get here—it’s about who he is within it.

We are so incredibly grateful for him—for his unwavering dedication, his compassion, and the way he shows up for his patients every single day. The care he gives, the lives he touches, and what he’s built at ENVI Clinic and within this community is something truly special.

We’re endlessly proud of him, deeply thankful for him, and grateful every day for the impact he continues to make.

🚨Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🚨

As of yesterday, our Cancellation & No-Show Policy is officially in effect.

When we first opened our practice, we chose to give patients a 6-month grace period before enforcing this policy so everyone had time to become familiar with our new location and contact information.

Our providers care for patients with complex neurological, spine, and vascular conditions, and appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. When appointments are missed or canceled last minute, it can prevent another patient from receiving care.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notifying our office, may result in a $50 missed appointment fee.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure appointment availability for patients who need care.

Training starts early at our office.

While Dr. Josh Bentley is currently welcoming new patients, the junior Dr. Bentley is gaining experience with plush patients and we’re happy to report excellent outcomes across the board.

We anticipate she’ll be fully credentialed in approximately 30 years 😉

It’s never too early to start delivering “Elite Care for What Matters Most”.
