It’s amazing what two years of hard work can do. After two knee replacements, and losing a whole lot of weight, Ellen made the decision to start training with me three times a week to build some lean muscle and continue her weight loss journey.
In spite of her physical limitations (including a recent shoulder surgery) she continues to show up - she might whine a little bit 😆 but she’s consistent and does the work!
Her progress is proof that the right exercise, done consistently, can be one of the most powerful tools for recovery and healing. 💙So proud of you, Ellen. 💙
