I am also a psychotherapist as well as a maker of safe body products. I care about health and wellness! I offer in studio classes and now online too. I teach different types of yoga classes; vinyasa, restorative, gentle, chair and hybrid. I provide emotional wellness workshops and yoga workshops in studio and online. I provide emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellness!
