Pain that shoots from your low back into your hip or leg? Sciatica can feel sharp, burning, or like pins and needles.

A lot of people try to stretch it away or wait it out, but sciatica usually has a mechanical reason behind it. The goal is figuring out what’s irritating the nerve and what needs to change for it to calm down.
