We’ve received reports that some of our patients are getting phone calls that look like they’re coming from Coffee Regional or CRH Physician Practices, asking you to take part in unscheduled testing or to purchase medical devices or test kits.

Please know — these calls are not from us.
Scammers can make it appear as though our number is calling, even when it’s not.

✅ Protect yourself:

- Never share personal, medical, or financial information over the phone unless you’ve confirmed with our office directly.
- If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call your doctor’s office yourself to verify.
- Remember: you could be billed for unauthorized tests or devices.

Your safety and trust are important to us. If you’re ever unsure, call Coffee Regional or your physician's office first.

Falls affect us all—whether personally or someone we love or care about. Every second of every day an older adult falls. There are simple steps you can take to prevent falls and decrease falls risks. CDC developed the STEADI (Stopping Elderly Accidents, Deaths & Injuries) initiative, which includes educational materials and tools to improve fall prevention.
