Myth VS Fact
Myth: Bleeding gums are normal.
Fact: Bleeding gums are actually the #1 sign of Gum disease or Gingivitis.
Gingivitis is caused by poor oral hygiene or not brushing 2x per day, and not flossing. Now we know you don’t like being told to floss more at the dentist, but the truth is, it’s very important! Start your new year off right by making it a goal to floss a little bit more and prevent disease! 🦷
