We can make better choices! Choosing what we drink affects our mouths and our rate of tooth decay. The acids in soda weaken tooth enamel, and the sugars feed bacteria in the mouth, which produce more acid. This can result in cavities, tooth sensitivity, and even discoloration. Giving up those drinks loaded with sugar will give you something to smile about. Your teeth will thank you!!

Flossing is just as important as brushing. It is crucial for oral health as it removes plaque and food particles from between teeth, areas a toothbrush cannot reach. Some studies suggest a link between gum disease and an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. By preventing gum disease, flossing may contribute to better overall health! Flossing should be a part in your daily routine!
