People always ask me how I got so flexible. Am I answer is always the same. I stretch at least 7 to 10 times a day. If I don’t stretch for 3 to 4 days, I lose about half of my flexibility.

Flexibility is important because it allows us to move and engage with our environment in more ways. If you’re very stiff at the moment, start stretching today. Do it every day and let go of how fast the results come. You’ll be surprised how much you can gain and just 60 days stretching at least twice a day.

I see people increase their flexibility and become healthier and stronger every day in our 60 day program. These are normal people no different than you. All they did was commit to making a change and they’re part of a community who’s all committed and doing it together.
