Congratulations to our March Associate of the Month, Russell Weathers, Maintenance Director, consistently demonstrated outstanding dedication, reliability, and attention to detail in all aspects of his work. He approached each task with a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring that equipment, facility, and work areas were maintained to the highest standards. His proactive mindset helped identify and address potential issues before they became problems, contributing to a safer and more efficient environment for both staff, patients and other customers.
In addition to technical skills, he showed excellent teamwork and communication, willingly assisting coworkers and responding promptly to maintenance requests. His positive attitude and strong work ethic set a great example for others, making him a valuable asset to the team.
Overall, his commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork makes them highly deserving of the Associate of the Month.
