For those of you updating your 'PD Evening Yoga Session' calendars, our first one of 2026 is this Wednesday, January 7, at 5:30 PM in our Douglasville Police Department Community Room at 2083 Fairburn Road. If you are just getting into your resolution on getting more flexible and in shape and wish to join, that is the smaller building to the left of the main building. The class lasts approx. 45 minutes and is instructed through Douglasville business Keep It Moving Yoga & Barre.
