Our Story

Better Off at Home began when I met my husbands grandparents 25 years ago. I was never close with my own grandparents so when I met Mom and Da, I fell in love. Of course I didn’t start this agency until 2009 but the seed was planted. I realized how amazing and important our older generations are and how much they can teach us. As the years have gone by I have learned to respect and admire our seniors and the people that care for them. Their family members or a hired caregiver are all so strong, physically and emotionally, to endure what they do each day.

I have been blessed with the most amazing staff anyone could ask for. My area director and scheduler have become 2 of my very best friends and a part of my family. Our caregivers are amazing and give 150% to our clients. They are also very loved and we thank them every day for what they do. I am the owner and every client gets my personal cell phone number so they can call me at any time with any questions or concerns. We are all here 24/7 for our clients and caregivers and that is important when you are trying to take care of Mom and Dad.
