(Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment)
SOURCE is part of Georgia’s Elderly & Disabled Medicaid Waiver Program.
It’s designed for people who have Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid who need daily help at home due to a medical condition, illness, or disability.
Through SOURCE, you can receive in-home care services — and in some cases, a family member who lives with you can be paid to provide that care.
How SOURCE Helps:
✅ No cost to you — it’s covered by Medicaid
✅ Your SSI benefits are not affected
✅ Get help with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, meals, and medication reminders
