A few of our awesome ladies enjoyed coloring beautiful sheets featuring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and tackled a fun word search packed with words connected to his incredible life and work.
We also came together to discuss what Dr. King stood for—peace, equality, justice, and nonviolent change. He led the way for so many important victories, like the Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights Act, always believing in the power of love and peaceful protest to overcome injustice. His famous words, 'I have a dream,' still remind us all to work toward a world where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

What a wonderful afternoon of creativity we had today! 🌸🦋
Our amazing residents got crafty and made their very own personalized placemats using delicate paper doilies and vibrant paints. Each one is a unique masterpiece featuring beautiful butterflies, ferns, flowers, and of course, their special names!

What a fantastic day we had.
First, our bingo game was full of excitement and big smiles! These two lovely ladies walked away as our BIG WINNERS – congratulations to our lucky stars! 🏆✨
Then, we hopped on the bus for a beautiful scenic ride through Douglasville. It was so special reminiscing together about how the area used to look – all the changes, the old landmarks, and the sweet memories that came flooding back. Moments like these are priceless! 🚌🌳❤️
