I had the pleasure of creating my Berry Slim-Down Smoothie with my dear friend Tammy, owner of Blissfully Soulful health coach and certified yoga instructor. Together, we walked step-by-step through this refreshing, antioxidant-rich smoothie straight from my book Nourish & Thrive: 150 Smoothies & Juices for Energy, Detox, Weight Loss & Wellness.

Berry Slim-Down Smoothie Recipe
• 1 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
• 1 cup Mixed Frozen Berries
• ½ Organic Banana
• 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
• 1 tbsp Almond Butter
• ½ tsp Cinnamon
