This week on Wellness Wednesday with the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, I had a full house of questions — and we got into some big ones.

Knee pain was a hot topic — especially “bone on bone” pain from cartilage loss and arthritis. I shared what athletes can do, plus some natural options (yes, even shark cartilage) that might help.

We also talked about fibromyalgia and how to manage that constant, chronic pain. And for the men — we dug into erectile dysfunction, how high cholesterol can be a hidden cause, and what happens to blood pressure during s*x (and when you should actually be worried about it)

I shared some insight on fibroids, which so many women deal with but don’t always get answers about, and we wrapped up with a conversation on diabetes and the lifestyle changes that make the biggest difference.
