We offer a full continuum of care on our 300-acre campus, which is nestled on the edge of the Kettle Moraine State Forest in Dousman, WI. NEXT WAVE OF RESIDENTS WELCOMED TO THE FIELDS!

We’re thrilled to welcome the newest residents of Three Pillars Senior Living Communities to their beautiful new homes at The Fields at Three Pillars!

This week, keys were handed over for 16 brand-new Garden Homes in this latest phase — with more move-ins on the way.

“It’s always exciting to see people step into their new homes,” said Mark Strautman, President & CEO of Three Pillars. “It’s even more exciting when those homes are part of this wonderful new community we’re building. We’re so happy to welcome them into the Three Pillars family.”

KM STUDENTS HONOR THREE PILLARS VETERANS!

Huge thanks to Kettle Moraine High School culinary students and their teachers for thinking of our veterans on this special day! Our residents were delighted to greet the students this morning, especially since they came bearing cupcakes - a whopping 300!

Our residents and staff are immensely grateful for the wonderful partnership - and the intergenerational opportunities they afford - with KM Schools!

THREE PILLARS HOLIDAY BOUTIQUE & CRAFT FAIR A BIG SUCCESS!

Our Holiday Boutique & Craft Fair — featuring festive décor, unique art, handmade crafts, and more — was a wonderful success yesterday for both shoppers and vendors! Countless Christmas gifts found new homes, new friendships blossomed, and plenty of delicious coffee was enjoyed along the way.

A HUGE THANK-YOU to all our amazing vendors, attendees, and to Bub’s Brew for fueling the fun. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

OHS STUDENTS HELP MAKE OUR VEHICLES SQUEAKY CLEAN!

HUGE THANKS to a group of Oconomowoc Area School District student volunteers who recently cleaned our van and bus so residents can enjoy clean floors and seats before winter salt sets in. These students do a monthly service project with Three Pillars and will be back to make holiday cards this month, then decorate Compass Point for Christmas in December!

THREE PILLARS GETS PERFECT SCORES FROM STATE!

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is proud to announce its Assisted Living Communities—Riverside Lodge Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Compass Point Catered Assisted Living—have received deficiency-free recertification surveys from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Human Services.

“This outstanding result is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and exceptional care provided by our entire team,” said Natalie Miko, Executive Director of Healthcare Services. “It reflects our ongoing commitment to providing a safe, compassionate, and enriching environment for all residents.”

Special congratulations go to Natalie Miko, Jodi Cigelske, Jackie Lorenzen, Jennifer Graf, Mary Medina, and the entire Riverside Lodge Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Compass Point teams for their exceptional performance.

Three Pillars also extends appreciation to the Environmental Services and Housekeeping teams for their commitment to cleanliness and safety, and to the Human Resources team for ensuring staff training and compliance excellence.

FALLING IN LOVE WITH OUR CAMPUS

Some prefer the warmth and sunshine of summer, others the snow-filled wonderland of activities Wisconsin winters afford. Alas, spring is an annual favorite, breathing new life and a wondrous buzz into everything the sun touches.

Then there's fall. For a brief few weeks, we're treated to fantastic burnt reds and vibrant oranges, see-through yellows, and peculiar pinks.

With 300 acres of nature in constant flux and fervor, our campus is always a sight to behold - every month of the year. Enjoy these fall pics...then come see them for yourself before they're gone!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN FROM THREE PILLARS!

It was quite the festive day at Three Pillars Senior Living Communities with ghouls, witches, and goblins of all sorts roaming the campus. Raucous parties took place at Holz Pavilion and the RSL Community Room with residents, staff, and visitors donning their best (and for one, a "bikini") looks.

Residents also had the chance to once again vote for the best staff-designed pumpkin! We're still tallying the votes, but we've got a hunch about which ones will be in the top three.
