"HERE'S TO LOFTY GOALS!"

Placement of the final truss atop any project - a topping-off ceremony - is a big milestone, signaling a major phase of construction has been complete, paving the way for next steps. Our staff and partners recently took time to celebrate the final truss being placed on the east Loft at The Fields At Three Pillars.

"All these moments add up and, before we know it, The Fields At Three Pillars will be complete," said Mark Strautman, President & CEO of Three Pillars Senior Living Communities. "It was a great way to take a little time and celebrate Three Pillars' lofty goals with our partners Wellspring Construction Group, Wellenstein & Sons, Inc., and others."

DOROTHY IS GOING TO BE A TV STAR!

We’re getting ready for a Centenarian Day celebration this Friday at Compass Point—where we’ll be honoring not one, not two, but FOUR incredible CENTENARIANS!

The party will be filled with sashes, tiaras, delicious treats, and, of course, plenty of love and friendship.

But first… the celebration starts a day early!

Our very own Dorothy (age 101!) will be making a special appearance on FOX6 News Milwaukee's Real Milwaukee this Thursday at 10:45am. She’ll be sharing her secret to longevity and what makes life at Three Pillars so special.

Tune in a little early at 10:30 while brewing another pot of coffee so you don’t miss a moment of this extraordinary appearance!

THE HOMER HOUR - LIVE AT THREE PILARS!

Steve "The Homer" True broadcast his show, "The Homer Hour," live from our Village on the Square patio last week—and it was quite a party! The smell of grilled hot dogs drifted along the Bark River, laughter and conversation filled the air, and more than 50 attendees enjoyed an amazing tailgate.

This event marked the start of our new partnership with Homer and ESPN Milwaukee (94.5 FM). You'll be hearing Three Pillars radios spots, live reads from Homer, and a fun "Pillars of the Game" segment on his Green Bay Game Night show. More to come!

A PICTURE-PERFECT DAY WORTH FRAMING!

Our third annual Three Pillars Fest was a smashing success Saturday on our wooded campus in Dousman as 1,500 attendees enjoyed an afternoon of food, activities, live music, classic cars, craft show, friendship, and a 2,000-duck Duck Race!

Thank you to our residents and their families, volunteers, community partners, staff, and sponsors for making this growing fest a reality. Most of all, thanks to those in control of the weather - it was beautiful with nary a drop of rain until exactly 3pm/closing time!

NO BETTER SPOT FOR A LUNCH MEETING!

Our Riverside Lodge residents recently had a special lunch outing under the pavilion in our woods. The serene setting amongst nature along the Bark River is a tranquil spot for any meeting, much less one involving food and friends!

LUNCH: BRAT TO YOU BY STAFF APPRECIATION FUND!

Three Pillars' staff was treated to free lunch this week courtesy of our Staff Appreciation Fund, which was established as a meaningful and direct way for residents, family, and friends to honor staff who make Three Pillars such a unique and nurturing place. We have a no-tip policy, which means residents and families are not able to give gratuities of any kind to employees.

In lieu of tips, our Staff Appreciation Fund is a wonderful way for people to show their gratitude. The fund allows Three Pillars to provide staff with gift cards, catered meals, and other perks throughout the year.

Tasty offerings from State Street Brats brat huge smiles to faces all over our campus. Thank you to everyone who makes fun opportunities like this possible!

PAWS-ITIVELY HEARTWARMING DAY AT THE FARM!

Residents from Village on the Square and Compass Point recently enjoyed a special visit to the HAWS Schallock Center for Animals at Star Hill Farm in Delafield, WI. Residents were treated to cuddles, wagging tails, and a behind-the-scenes look at this wonderful sanctuary.

Each year, HAWS provides support and sanctuary for more than 10,000 pets. The Schallock Center offers a peaceful, enriching environment providing hospice care, exercise, and respite to animals in need.

A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated volunteers and staff who make this sanctuary such a healing and happy place for our furry friends.
