Important Information

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you:

• Are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, gastrointestinal issues etc.)

• Have recently been sick and are still recovering ( please allow at least 48 hours since symptoms have ended)

• Have been in close contact with someone who is unwell

I am happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment for a later date when you’re feeling better. I will find a spot for you prior to my last day on 4/4/25!

A New Chapter: Retiring from Massage Therapy & Closing My Business on 4/4/25

After much reflection and careful consideration, I am both excited and bittersweet to announce that I will be retiring from massage therapy and closing my business on April 4th 2025.
For 16 years, I have had the honor and privilege of helping people heal, relax, and find relief through massage therapy. It has been an incredibly fulfilling journey—one that has taught me so much, not only about the body but also about human connection, trust, and the power of touch. Each client, each session, each moment has been special, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have shared in your wellness journeys.
To my loyal clients: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust and support over the years. It has been an absolute joy to work with you and witness your healing and progress. I will cherish the memories we’ve created together, and I hope that the work we’ve done continues to support you long after our time together.
This decision is not one I made lightly. Life is calling me to embrace my family, and it’s time for me to step into this next phase of my life. Though I am closing the doors to my business, I will always carry the lessons I’ve learned and the bonds I’ve formed in this field.
I will be wrapping up my schedule in the coming weeks, and I invite those of you who have a gift card to book a final session to reach out before April 4th. After that date, my practice will officially close.
Thank you again for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey. I wish you all continued health, peace, and happiness in the years ahead.

Important Update: Changes to Our Hours and Services!

WOW! thank you for your support I am fully booked for 2024!! Thank you!

I wanted to inform you of some changes happening at Here & Now Therapeutic Massage. I will be transitioning to part-time hours starting January 1st 2025. Appointments will be scheduled specifically on weekdays and during daytime hours. I won't be making any exceptions. As a result of this shift, I will no longer be selling gift cards or packages, and I will not be offering weekend hours moving forward. This decision has been made to allow me to focus more on spending time with my family. I truly appreciate your understanding and support as I navigate these changes after 16 years of providing service to my valued clients.

I will miss any clients that I can no longer care for. I treasured every appointment we had together. :)

STARTING JANUARY 1st 2025

My new hours/days of appointment will be
Tuesdays 9-2:30pm
Thursdays 10:30-4pm

I will not be seeing clients anymore in the evenings or weekends.
