🚨 AT&T Customers – Important Update 🚨

As of June 17, 2025, AT&T has turned off its email-to-text services, which means you will no longer receive automated text messages from the Dover AFB pharmacy when your prescriptions are ready for pickup or out of stock.

Here’s what you need to know:
 You can still activate new prescriptions by texting 302-505-0616
 Refills will be ready three duty days after 12:00 PM and are requested by:
o Calling the automated refill line at 302-306-2529 or
o Visiting the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal and clicking the “Rx Refills” tab

⚠️ AT&T and Cricket mobile users will no longer receive ready-for-pickup text messages from the pharmacy — so be sure to stick to the pharmacy timeline when ordering and picking up your prescriptions!

Thank you for your understanding as we work through this carrier-wide change.

On April 1, 2025, the TRICARE Online Patient Portal will no longer be available. The Department of Defense’s new electronic health record—MHS GENESIS—has replaced the TOL Patient Portal. As part of the transition, the DOD is decommissioning the TOL Patient Portal.

To download copies of your legacy health records, visit http://www.tricareonline.com/ before 1 April. After 1 April, you will need to visit your military hospital or clinic's record's management office to request a physical copy of your legacy records.
