I want to talk about nutrition and tracking.
You don’t have to track macros to focus on your nutrition. This is a big misconception around macros.
Tracking is a tool—its not needed to focus on nutrition.
You can still:
✅ Prioritize protein
✅ Build balanced meals
✅ Stay consistent with your habits
✅ Be mindful of portions
✅ Tune in to hunger/fullness cues
Tracking teaches awareness. But the goal is to learn how to eat well without needing to log every bite.
Start with structure. Add consistency. The results will follow.
