Here we are, my grandma and I, waiting in the waiting room of her doctor's office for her primary care doctor. We waited over 45 minutes in the waiting room after the appointment start time, then another 20 minutes in the exam room before seeing the doctor.

This doesn’t happen in a Direct Primary Care office. You get seen when your appointment is scheduled. You can take the time you need to talk with your provider, and you don’t need to wait 3 months to be seen by your provider (sick visits the same or next day or a text away, check-ups within a week).
