Myofascial Release Workshop This Friday!
Hi everyone,
We’re excited to invite you to a special Myofascial Release Workshop at SOL on Friday, January 9th from 6:00–7:30pm.
This 90-minute workshop is designed to help you let go of deep-held tension and restore ease to the body. We’ll begin with a slow flow and gentle stretching to warm the muscles, then transition into a full-body, self-guided deep tissue style release.
For those of you who love hard workouts, strength training, cardio, and intense classes, this kind of work is especially important. Myofascial release helps counterbalance repetitive movement and muscle loading, improves mobility, supports recovery, and can reduce the risk of injury over time.
Recovery is not a luxury, it’s a vital part of building strength, resilience, and longevity in your body. This workshop offers a powerful way to care for your muscles and connective tissue so you can continue to move well and feel good.
