I am so excited to announce the reopening of Healing Heart Holistic Health 💚🌿

Lauren is a passionate, intuitive massage therapist dedicated to whole-body wellness and mindful living. With a holistic approach to healing, she blends therapeutic massage with integrative wellness practices including cold plunge/ice bath therapy, sauna sessions, and restorative movement.

Lauren creates space for individuals to reconnect with their bodies and find balance—whether through deeply nurturing massage, rejuvenating hot and cold therapy, or gentle, grounding yoga. She offers restorative yoga pop-up classes, mommy & me yoga for caregivers and little ones, and more wellness experiences designed to support the nervous system, enhance recovery, and promote overall vitality.

Rooted in the belief that healing happens on every level—physical, mental, and emotional—Lauren invites you to slow down, tune in, and return to your center.
