December Employee of the Month Spotlight, times two! This month, we’re excited to recognize not one but two outstanding team members whose dedication and compassion truly shine: Bryce and Bill!

Bryce (right) brings a calm, reassuring presence to the adolescent unit. Even during the most challenging moments, he shows patience, understanding and genuine care, helping create a safe and supportive environment for our adolescent clients. His positivity and dedication make the unit a place where both staff and adolescents feel supported.

Bill consistently goes above and beyond across the facility. From training to process improvement efforts, he approaches every task with professionalism and heart. His supportive nature, patient centered care and passion for his work make him an invaluable part of our team.
