I had the most healing day today. First, a powerful intentional breathwork and meditation practice with .alphawave .wellness. Then a mini retreat with hot yoga, a yummy nutritious lunch of , mala bracelet making and finally a restorative yoga session to end this beautiful day with , , ..

I try never to underestimate the impact I have on my kids.

Around four years ago, I completed and this summer my son Nate completed

He learned the impact of consistency on his results and the mental toughness that grows with repeatedly doing what's not easy. A lesson that will serve him the rest of his life.

Both my kids are in the gym every week, and it is one of my greatest joys to watch the physical and mental changes that come with their lifting.

Thank you for capturing this time in our lives. 📷 🙏
