The Dover office has been CLOSED due to storm damage and loss of power. As of right now, we are planning on opening at normal times tomorrow, but keep an eye on our page for updates. Stay safe everyone!

OPEN for business with NORMAL office hours at all locations (Dover, Milford & Middletown).

For appointments, please call (302) 674-9255.

In order to maintain social distancing to the best of our ability while ensuring continuity of care to our community, we will have reduced staffing and heightened disinfecting procedures. This may result in longer wait times.

ALL PATIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK OR FACE COVERING.

Patients may have ONE companion come into the building with them and the companion must also come into the building wearing a mask or face covering.

We thank you all for your support, cooperation and patience.
