Our original location was on South State Street in Dover, but moved to Gateway West Shopping Center in West Dover in 2019. This has been our home ever since and we love the value we add to our little corner of the world here. Our mission is to Empower Our Community Through Yoga & Meditation while keeping class/membership costs affordable. We truly believe movement and meditation are medicine for the body, mind and soul. Every person in our community should have an equal opportunity to practice yoga, learn about the benefits and empower themselves. Our company offers yoga and meditation classes 7 days a week; mornings, evenings, and weekends. We also offer a variety of yoga workshops each month.
