As many of you know, our beloved doctor, Dr. James Frangos, passed away unexpectedly a year ago. It has been a year full of trials and tribulations.

For over 30 years, Dr. James Frangos, provided exceptional vision care to families across the Seacoast. We will always be saddened by his sudden passing, but are proud to continue his legacy. We are excited to announce that James C. Frangos, OD will be continuing business as Cocheco Eye Care.

Dr. Andrew Frangos, Dr. James Frangos' son, will continue seeing patients in the Dover, NH office on a full-time basis. The comprehensive vision care, office staff and robust optical selection will remain unchanged. We look forward to continuing to serve your family for all their vision needs and appreciate your support during this past challenging year.

We are a private, two-doctor optometric family practice within the Vision Source group. We have been providing comprehensive eye care in Dover, NH for 37 years.

We are currently looking for a professional, friendly candidate to fill our Front Desk Receptionist team opening. The position is part-time to start, with the opportunity to transition to full-time.

Responsibilities Include:
• Greeting patients in a professional manner
• Scheduling patients on our electronic software
• Answering phone calls
• Processing patient payments
• Collecting insurance information and verifying eligibility
• Providing receipts to patients for insurance reimbursement
• Entering charges on patient accounts for insurance reimbursement

Skills:
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience with electronic scheduling software is preferred
• Basic math and money handling skills necessary
• Detail oriented
• HIPPA knowledge a plus
• High school diploma required
• Minimum 2-year job related experience

Hours: Monday and Wednesday 8-5 Thursday 8-5.
