Whether it’s from grief, burnout, trauma, chronic pain, or simply the weight of doing too much for too long. Healing takes time. And it takes intention.

💕Carl and I are safe!!! 💕

We cross the Bay Bridge not the Francis Scott Key Bridge that collapsed this morning. And thank goodness we barely have to travel 🚘 to the western shore anymore. We no longer work over there.

Sending love and light to all the families that were involved in this horrific tragedy today.

I can’t even keep looking at that bridge falling into the water with people and vehicles on it. 💔 😢

I truly hope they find more survivors.
