In a recent group therapy session, participants explored themes of guilt and shame through a creative, interactive activity. They personified these emotions into characters, then developed a second, supportive character to help respond to and cope with them. 🎭

We are excited to officially welcome Elizabeth “Liz” Cirelli, LCMHC, to the Aerie Healthcare team as our new Program Director in Concord! 🦅✨

Liz brings over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, ranging from school settings to her own holistic private practice. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Yoga Teacher, and Master Level Reiki Practitioner, Liz is passionate about "servicing the whole body, mind, and soul." Her compassionate, supportive approach is a perfect fit for our mission to provide transformative care for adolescents and their families.

In her role as Program Director, Liz will oversee the daily operations and growth of our Concord location, working side-by-side with Clinical Director, Jessica Luddy-Fernandez, LICSW. While Jessica continues to lead our clinical vision and therapeutic interventions, Elizabeth’s leadership will ensure our program runs seamlessly.

Please join us in giving Liz a warm Aerie welcome! 💙
