Kendra, one year with us what an accomplishment. The work you do every day is not easy, and it takes a special kind of person to show up and do it well… and consistently.

You are someone we can rely on. You come in, you do what needs to be done, and you take care of our residents with the kind of hands-on attention that truly matters. That doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves, but it is the foundation of everything we do here.

Day in and day out, you help keep things moving, you support your team, and you make sure our residents are cared for with dignity and respect. That kind of consistency is everything in this line of work.

We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re grateful you’ve chosen to be part of this team.
