We are seeking a results-driven Executive Sales Associate. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier cleaning solutions to businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries (e.g., offices, schools, medical facilities, retail, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in janitorial, facility management, or service-based industries.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
